- December 4/08 .... . Christmas dinner at the Brampton Golf & Country Club. Buffet again this year as so many enjoyed it.We are going to lower the cost this year and subsidize the balance as this is our biggest attraction for the club. (Members $20.00 each) - December 11, A Christmas Light tour in Simcoe Ontario. Dinner at the Erie Beach Hotel. Bus will leave Brampton from shoppers World at 12.00 noon. Feb 21, 2009. The Rose theatre in Brampton to see " George & Gracie" Contact Barb Schwarze @ 905 453-1699 for reservations. There will be no meeting in December as this this is our Christmas Lunch. Be sure to book with Barbara.

Coming events and trips
An Invitation from the Telco Community Volunteers Brampton Retirees Club.
If you, or someone you know, are retiring from Bell Canada or one of the other associated TELCOs in the Greater Toronto Area, and you live in Brampton or vicinity including Mississauga and the Region of Peel, you are cordially invited to join our club. We are affiliated with, but meet separately from four other clubs in the GTA.
If you hear of any deceased Bell employees (including Non-members) , please let any member of Executive know in order that the club can send a card.
We meet the first Thursday of each month at the Snelgrove Community Centre, 11692 Hurontario St. N. ( on the west side, just north of McDonalds) from 11.30 am to 2pm September through June.

We offer the following:
- Fellowship with old friends and retired employees
- Informal lunch prior to the regular meeting
- Guest Speakers or demonstrations at our meetings
- Planned trips to Canadian and US points of interest
- Planned local events and outings to plays, local shows and theaters
